This west coast home is what dreams are made of. Breaking ground for this family meant we were one step closer to building a forever home for this beautiful blended family.

Airy, spacious and versatile, the open-concept living space was the perfect design choice for this modern day busy family of seven. The finishing was kept light and neutral by choosing shades of white and gray for the walls and cabinets. Elements of gold were introduced in hardware and lighting to add a warm and welcoming feel the whole family could love.

The architectural pendant lights illuminating the kitchen island are one of our favorite features, along with the custom milled hood fan and subtly feminine shimmering pearl backsplash tile.

We can’t forget to mention the striking architectural stairs featured in this open-plan space. Visible upon entry, the clean lines, glass and chrome hardware are a true modern statement. No detail was missed while building this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home.
